As a Client Support Representative, Chloe provides general support for advisers using both Consilium Wrap and Synergy Investments.

Chloe monitors the Synergy portfolios which requires strong attention to detail. She works closely with other team members and departments to ensure processes are regularly reviewed and to give the best advice when required.

As part of the Client Support team, Chloe collaborates well with all team members and enjoys contributing when the team are bouncing ideas of each other. Chloe is also very disciplined in her work.

She brings a wealth of customer service experience having worked in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
