Client Support Representative

Deanna’s role is focussed on servicing our Synergy clients, liaising with adviser firms and investors.

Often the first Synergy point of contact, she assists with onboarding new clients, day to day account monitoring and providing support to adviser firms. 

Deanna’s role requires her to liaise with other departments such as operations and compliance to ensure our processes are robust and support our clients.

Deanna has a background in insurance and customer service roles.
