Louisa works on the origination and development of business opportunities to ensure that Consilium continues to deliver new and innovative solutions to our clients.

Working within the Solutions team, Louisa undertakes research and develops new ideas and solutions to enhance the Consilium suite of solutions and services.

Louisa has experience working in senior finance roles having worked for Macquarie Bank and ANZ Bank in Sydney for 16 years before returning to Christchurch. In these, roles she was responsible for developing equity based financial products for high net worth individuals, corporates and institutions.

Louisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science with majors in finance, management science, and psychology, from the University of Canterbury.
