As CEO of Consilium, Louisa leads the firm’s strategy and growth, with a focus on building capability across all areas of the business to better serve advisers and investors.

She brings a strong product and operational lens with a deep understanding of the financial advice industry, helping Consilium stay firmly aligned to the needs of the advice community while driving innovation.

Louisa joined Consilium in 2019 and previously held the role of General Manager, Product and Operations. Earlier in her career, she spent over 16 years in senior finance roles with Macquarie Bank and ANZ Bank in Sydney, specialising in equity-based financial products for high net worth clients, corporates and institutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Canterbury, majoring in finance, management science and psychology.
