We are pleased to welcome Paul Keleghan to Consilium in the newly established position of Chief Operating Officer.
“Paul has held a number of senior technology and leadership roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and we’re pleased to welcome him to our team,” Managing Director Scott Alman says.
“Our focus on innovation has seen Consilium grow substantially in recent years to the extent we now have 55 staff and over $6.5 billion in Assets Under Administration (AUA),” he says.
“Paul will lead the operational side of our business and focus on how we can best deliver our products and services to advisers and investors, maximising efficiencies and our effectiveness through quality operational systems, processes, policies and people,” Scott says.
Paul has over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering information and change capabilities that enhance the provision of services, with an overriding focus on improving client outcomes.
“At its heart, our business is about helping independent advisers. We want to champion their needs”.

His previous roles include CIO at Pacific Radiology, CIO and General Manager of Infrastructure at Lyttelton Port Company and Delivery Director at Jade Software Corporation.
Before emigrating to New Zealand in 2007, Paul’s leadership of a major UK pan-government programme focused on UK security led to him being awarded an OBE.
Paul holds a master’s degree in information systems, complemented by an MBA specialising in e-commerce.
