As the Service Team Leader, Nicole oversees both the Synergy and Consilium Wrap service teams, ensuring client satisfaction is always the key focus. Nicole and her team work to  deliver clear and concise information in a timely manner, advocating for clients and building strong relationships to better understand their business, and support them with current and future technology developments.

Nicole joined Consilium in 2017 as a Client Support Representative and progressed to the role of Service Team Leader in 2019. She is a very well organised individual, able to manage multiple priorities while aiming for the best outcome for her clients.

The service team seeks to collaborate with both clients and all departments within Consilium to deliver the highest level of service.

Nicole has over ten years experience managing teams and takes pride in watching her team grow and develop.
