Rachael is responsible for overseeing Consilium’s operational management, identifying and implementing operational strategies. Day to day, Rachael manages the delivery of systems and processes and ensures overall service quality and staff performance. Rachael is the final operational escalation point. 

An experienced operations management specialist, Rachael has over 20 years industry experience in roles across the financial services industry, including investment and custody operations. Throughout her career, Rachael has gained global experience having worked in the UK, Europe and New Zealand.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in psychology and education from the University of Canterbury
